I love the chocolates and the service at the cafe. I always order their hot chocolate, which for me is the best in the universe.

...okay it was Saturday!!! ...but 20 minutes in line to order and 25 minutes at the table waiting for two coffees that came out wrong... then it's not possible!!! ...if that wasn't enough, the attendant spills all the water on us... It's unfortunate...I went to the manager and she was able to say that they lost my order...I was just laughing...from the cashier to the counter there's not 1 meter!!!...and they lost the order... There is only one employee at the register!!!she does everything!!! Wrap, package, serve...10 minutes per person...very bad!!! .

Excelent reception. Wonderful and delicious capuchinno. Very well organized and bright store with several tables to sit outside. Great option to rest and have a coffee in the afternoon at Shopping Barra Sul.

Terrible service, cold coffee, there were only 3 tables being served and they didn't serve water as there was no clean glass.

I ordered a chocolate mousse and it had a very different foamy texture than usual, I asked them to check and they brought another one with the same problem. Service was poor when dealing with the case.
